काारी नारी कौशल विकास कार्यक्रम के लिए एक 5-भागों वाली मार्गदर्शिका (इंस्ट्रक्शनल हैंडबुक) तैयार की गई, जो कार्यक्रम की एक मुख्य सहायक सामग्री के रूप में कार्य करती है। प्रशिक्षकों और प्रतिभागियों—दोनों को ध्यान में रखते हुए तैयार की गई यह हैंडबुक वस्त्र-निर्माण की आवश्यक तकनीकों को कवर करती है, जैसे कपड़े के अपशिष्ट से एनवेलप बनाना, टोट बैग्स पर दृश्यात्मक (सीनिक) ब्लॉक-प्रिंटिंग करना, और शुरुआती स्तर के लिए सरल सिलाई तकनीकें।

इसके अतिरिक्त, इसमें व्यावहारिक प्रदर्शन (डेमोंस्ट्रेशन), सुरक्षा से जुड़े निर्देश, और बेहतर गुणवत्ता की फिनिशिंग के लिए उपयोगी सुझाव भी शामिल हैं। अंतिम अध्याय में प्रतिभागियों को वित्तीय साधनों से परिचित कराया गया है, जिसमें सक्रिय बैंक खाते बनाए रखने का महत्व और पीएमईजीपी (PMEGP) योजना के लिए आवेदन करने की एक सरल मार्गदर्शिका शामिल है।

इस हैंडबुक की डिजिटल प्रतियाँ देवा फाउंडेशन तथा अन्य केंद्रों के सभी प्रतिभागियों को प्रदान की गईं, ताकि यह उनके लिए एक निरंतर सीखने का संसाधन बन सके।

A 5-part instructional handbook created as a core companion to the Kaari Naari  skill development programme. Designed to support both trainers and participants, the handbook covers essential textile techniques such as envelope-making from fabric waste, block-printing scenic motifs on tote bags, and beginner-friendly stitching practices. 

It also includes practical demonstrations, safety reminders, and tips for quality finishing. The final chapter focuses on introducing participants to financial tools, including maintaining active bank accounts and a simplified guide to applying for the PMEGP scheme. 

Digital copies of the handbook were distributed to all attendees at the Deva Foundation and other centres to serve as an ongoing learning resource.
